Building on the existing leadership behaviors at Berkeley Point Capital, faculty in the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership will deliver “The Coach Approach” for managers at Berkeley Point Capital. The program will focus on inspiring results by building core communication skills of management/leadership.

Program Objectives:

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be able to: • Understand and demonstrate the core skills of listening to understand others, powerful, appreciative inquiry, making clear requests of others, giving and receiving feedback well and collaborating skillfully • Express own perspective in a way that is authentic and is heard and received as intended • Handle situations that require honest, direct communication with greater confidence and effectiveness • Work well in collaboration with awareness of own tendencies and strengths as well as how to adapt to work better with other styles when needed
