Course Description

This course more closely examines the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Model. Students will be exposed to up-to-date concepts and current thinking and best practices within the BSC model, including strategy mapping and "third generation" scorecards.

Course Objectives

 

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the theory and implications of a balanced scorecard approach to strategic management within an organization.
  • Develop practical skills in the design and implementation of a balanced scorecard within a particular organization of interest.
