This section of Product Management is held in the classroom at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, 640 Massachusetts Avenue. NW, Washington, D.C.

 

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to: 

  • Differentiate  between project management and product management methods
  • Apply product and project management methods to deliver great digital products.
  • Use basic concepts of Human Centered Design (HCD), Agile, Kanban, and DevOps to deliver digital products.
  • Ship a digital product minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Lead a digital product team, including designers, researchers and developers to successfully deliver a digital product.
  • Develop product roadmaps
  • Conduct user research and HCD activities to identify problem statements.
  • Measure product outcomes and tell data-driven stories
  • Select modern tools available for use
