Course Description

Communication is the foundation for our lives, and is especially critical within organizations where clear communication ensures that people understand where they are going and what is expected of them. Listening is the foundation for understanding others and learning how to motivate and inspire. Speaking is the foundation for moving people to action, clarifying expectations, and addressing breakdowns and challenges. Your ability to listen and speak with clarity and focus greatly impact your results as a leader.

In this interactive program you will experience the power of active listening, understand how your thoughts and emotions affect your communication, and practice the formula for conversations that clarify expectations and motivate action.
