Weekend 1 – Topic: Emerging Issues in Diversity & Inclusion (9 hrs)
During the first day of the course, participants will explore their own understanding of Diversity and Inclusion Management, as well as how their  organization defines these initiatives.  What role does organization culture play in the success or failure of these initiatives?  What are the implications of failure to manage diversity in the workplace?  What is the "value added" derived from maximizing diversity initiatives?  What intervention strategies work best?

Weekend 2 – Topic: Diversity Strategy & Compliance (9 hrs)
