Course Description

In the real world, every organization is very different, and what works in one situation, may not work in another for many reasons. This course will give students the skills and practice to think strategically and systemically about which activities and initiatives will best bring about real change in the client organization. The session will explore many types of specific organizational interventions for improved culture and performance, but most importantly it will help leaders and consultants to think clearly about interventions and to make wise collaborative decisions in partnership with clients and stakeholders. The session will focus on interventions at the individual, group and large system levels.
