Course Description

This course will examine theory and practical techniques for measuring process and organizational results, such as outputs, efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes, and applying such theory and techniques within the framework of an evaluation method or scheme which promotes continuous improvement and organizational learning.

Course Objectives

 

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Describe a variety of organizational measurement systems, models, and techniques.
  • Develop practical skills in the design and implementation of measurement and evaluation systems within a particular organization of interest to promote organizational learning and development.
