Course Description

The Interactive Lab course is designed to provide participants with an overview of the complex nature of diversity and inclusion. Each participant is expected to be an active participant in this lab. The lab will be taught using a variety of tools including video, audio and case studies. Participants are responsible for submitting a paper at the end of the course which answers:

•     A description of the site and provide the various tools used in diversity work.

•     An Evaluation of the tools and concepts.

•     Is diversity and inclusion sustainable?

◦                     Are the concepts well organized?

◦                     Is it reaching its target audience?

•     Is diversity and inclusion easy to navigate? Describe the navigation process.

•     What are the best features of diversity and inclusion?

•     In what way could D&I  be improved?

The instructor will provide additional details on regarding the details and submission of this assignment.
