Course Description

In this webinar, participants will explore what types of experiences their donors have come to expect in the digital era. In addition, participants will learn how to make sure every donor interaction is delightful across their organization by identifying and reducing friction points that are most detrimental to achieving growth. Real-world customer examples will be used to illustrate the benefits of reducing friction points as participants go to market to deliver memorable online and in-person experiences to donors.
