XCUS-132 - Leading and Managing People
Course Description
The Leading and Managing People course provides participants with tools to assess their personal styles of managing, motivating, and communicating with employees and other organizational stakeholders. Participants are introduced to effective frameworks, analytical skills and tools needed to engage and develop employees to achieve organizational results. The program is designed for senior managers looking to develop their interpersonal and leadership competencies, and offers an immersion into the knowledge and competencies for effective leadership and management. Through case studies, interactive lectures, simulations, and peer learning, participants learn how to deliver more value to their organizations and stakeholders.
Course Objectives
