Course Description

With its origins as part of the Toyota Production System, the Lean Startup Methodology has become the process of choice for validating whether product ideas are truly worth pursuing. The basic premise is that most products and/or startups fail because people build things that users don't actually want. Building products that will attract millions of users is a management science and repeatable process that can be learned.

The first in a series of workshops, The Lean Startup Introduced is a half-day introduction into what the lean startup methodology is and a high level overview of how it can be applied to your product and startup ideas. The instructor, Danny Boice, will give real world examples of each lean startup concept and tactic that have been used successfully by his startups and by other successful startup founders and product managers.
