Thank you for your interest in the Georgetown University Certificate in Early Intervention offered by the Georgetown University Thrive Center for Children, Families, and Communities. This professional certificate program focuses on evidence-based early intervention practices that promote family-centered, culturally responsive, and individualized services for young children and their families.

The program is designed for early intervention service providers and graduate students preparing for careers in early childhood and related fields. Participants complete asynchronous online coursework combined with live evening virtual sessions, allowing for flexibility while maintaining collaborative learning. Scholars should expect to dedicate approximately 3–5 hours per week to course activities.

The program also includes two required in-person one-day sessions, held at the beginning and the end of the program.
