Course Description

This course is intended to reinforce the processes, practices, and skills needed to complete projects on time, on budget, in scope, and to the customer’s satisfaction.  Using action-based exercises and the in-depth examination of recent case studies of projects that have either succeeded or failed, students will adopt a “holistic” approach to managing projects, applying the key factors of successful project management, and addressing the challenges inherent in today’s projects.  In this course students will be using the knowledge they have gained so far in the certificate program and their  personal experiences to investigate and discuss what it takes to manage projects.

It is highly recommended the student has completed the other five courses in the certificate program as prerequisites to this course
