Master Practitioner in Leadership: Balancing Strategy, Wisdom, and Impactt is an 8-week program designed for professionals seeking to enhance their ability to lead thoughtfully and decisively. The course focuses on developing essential skills in strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, critical judgment, and bias awareness. Week 2 Aligning Decisions with Core Values Cultivate habits of interior reflection that lead to greater awareness of one’s personal values.
Examine how personal values both cohere and conflict with the values of an organization.
Practice techniques of discernment that contribute to values-based leadership in complex modern organizations.
Week 3 Strategic Thinking for Future Challenges Define the traits and characteristics of a strategic thinker and explain how these traits support effective leadership.
Explain the connections/linkages between strategic thinking skills and ethical leadership.
Examine the relationship between strategic thinking, ethical leadership, and decision-making in achieving goals.
Week 4 Leveraging Experience and Intuition in Leadership Analyze intuitive and rational decision-making processes in leadership.
Evaluate which decision-making process, intuitive or rational, is appropriate for different situations/scenarios.
Reflect on how ethical decision-making, communication, and thinking styles impact leadership.
Week 5 Navigating Ethical Dilemmas Evaluate the diversity of ethical schools of thought and how differing approaches to ethical decisions contribute to complexity in modern organizations.
Construct an ethical vision for leading a diverse team anchored in mission and values

Week 6 Communicating with Influence and Clarity Identify effective communication strategies to motivate and drive action in an organization.
Apply effective communication strategies to enhance clarity, audience engagement, and retention in a presentation.
Week 7 Driving Organizational Impact through Innovation Identify the attributes of a strategic thinker and their role(s) in fostering innovation in an organization.
