Course Description

The Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership for the AI Era is built for the senior leader who recognizes that the AI Era is not a technology problem for the IT function to manage. It is a leadership context that asks more of the leader than any era in recent memory. The leader must make consequential decisions faster than precedent allows, hold the human stakes of the work alongside the operational stakes, and redesign roles and teams while sustaining the people in them, all while the ground keeps shifting. This program develops the leader who is equal to the moment.

This is a leadership certificate, not a change-management certificate. The distinction matters. Change-management programs train participants in the techniques of moving an organization from a current state to a future state. They are useful, and the market is full of them. This program does something different. It develops the leader's identity, presence, judgment, and practice. Those are the capacities that separate a manager executing change from a leader people will follow into uncertainty. The complex transformation each participant is leading is not the subject of the program. It is the laboratory in which the leadership work is done.
