Course Description

Throughout all courses within the Certificate for Small Business and Franchise Management program, participants will develop a detailed Entrepreneurial Assessment that will evaluate what business models and format would be most aligned with their abilities and goals, research on the businesses/franchises within their determined categories and a plan for acquiring and launching the business/franchise including financing. There will be two planning sessions during the program to assist participants in the layout, design and development of the Entrepreneurial Assessment. Each participant will prepare and present a brief synopsis of their Entrepreneurial Assessment to the class.

This serves as the final assessment for the program and is necessary to successfully complete the Certificate.
