Course Description

People become motivated and committed to achieving the goals of the organization when they believe (consciously or unconsciously) that their personal values will get satisfied. It is in the leader’s best interests to provide opportunities for their own values satisfaction and for the satisfaction of others in their organization.

Personal values are much more than personal. They also have a huge influence on leadership and organizational success. They are tools for developing and implementing strategies, policies, goals, and plans. They can be used for problem-solving almost any issue. They are our greatest motivators. In addition, personal values can be used to measure personal satisfaction because values are easily measurable.

The thinking skills you use to achieve your goals are the same skills you need to satisfy your personal values. All you have to do is discover what your values are, what they mean to you personally, and how to use them to guide results at work.

This course is intended for leaders who want to improve their capability to influence and motivate others, and reduce over-dependence on authority and power.

Designed For

Mid-level and senior managers who are responsible for motivating performance from others to achieve organizational goals.
