Course Description

This one-day course focuses on the art of reframing, which is the ability to shift the focus of inquiry to what you want to sustain or grow. When we focus our learning and action toward what we want, we can see more evidence it exists. This workshop invites you into inquiry, engages you in learning with others, and leaves you with the knowledge it’s possible to gain engagement and raise results when energy is focused on where you are going. We will be using the frame of appreciative inquiry to explore the art of reframing.
