Course Description

Special Topics in Early Intervention is a one day, in-person course that includes a webinar presented by a guest speaker on a trending topic in early intervention. The Center for Child and Human Development will send the topic, preparation work, webinar links, and log-in information to registered program participants.

Course Objectives

 

By the end of the course, successful students will be able to:

  • Discuss the implication of new practices and controversies in contemporary early intervention

Enrollment in this course is restricted. Students must submit an application and be accepted into the Certificate in Early Intervention in order to register for this course.

Current Georgetown students must create an application using their Georgetown NetID and password. New students will be prompted to create an account.
