In this webinar, participants will learn the importance of creating seamless pathways for donors to travel to foster two-way communication, collaboration and engagement. Participants will discover how Journey Maps can be utilized to increase visibility, build donor desire, convert and retain donors and turn their best donors into their best promoters. In addition, participants will review how they can learn from today’s leading businesses to innovate and model the behaviors their donors expect in today’s omni-channel environments.
