Course Description

In this workshop, participants will learn about the concept of emotional intelligence (EQ) and how successful leaders apply EQ in the workplace to achieve their fullest potential. Through an interactive lecture and team exercises, participants discover strategies to improve their EQ skills, including self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
