XCOA-929 - Personal Values Discovery: Coaching Tools to Enhance Leadership Success
Course Description
Personal values are a powerful tool for understanding and influencing motivation and identifying the cause of strong emotions such as anger and happiness. At work, people are committed to achieving the goals of the organization when they believe (consciously or unconsciously) that their personal values will get satisfied. Personal values are also much more than personal. They can be used for developing strategies and goals, problem-solving, and creating action plans that get better results and increase personal fulfillment.
This course will train you in a structured approach for discovering and making important decisions with personal values. The Personal Values Discover process has been used around the globe resulting in leaders who are awakened, engaged. You’ll discover your own most important personal values and work with your peers to gain deep appreciation for the power of using values in coaching. With the follow-on practice sessions and faculty feedback, you’ll hone your skills to integrate values into your coaching toolkit.
